Ramp mats for Trucks and trailers

Our SAGUSTU Ramp mats ensure safe loading for your horses, especially young and inexperienced horses. The tread strips help to prevent slips when loading and unloading your horse.

Our range includes a variety of different sized ramp mats, enabling us to always offer a suitable ramp mat with minimal cutting for any type of trailer.

SAGUSTU-ramp mat

Standard ramp mats with normal tread strip:

  • 1.65 m x 1.40 m (Tread strip length = 1.65 m)
  • 1.75 m x 1.55 m (Tread strip length = 1.75 m)

Standard ramp mats with high tread strip:

  • 2.40 m x 1.20 m (Tread strip length = 2.40 m)

Additional dimensions are available on request, both with normal and high tread strips.

Installation:

We recommend that ramp mats should be glued across the whole underside. The joints should be sealed using our cartridge (sealant, not silicone!) to prevent moisture penetrating beneath the mats. Otherwise, the adhesive will lose its hold. Directly before applying the adhesive, ensure that the back of the rubber mats (except for rubber mats with fabric backing) and the area to which the mats are to be applied are sufficiently roughened! Alternatively, the ramp mat  can also be screwed or riveted.

You will also find the right adhesive in our range.

Information on cutting can be found here.

SAGUSTU-round pimple mat

Surface with pimples, underside with tear-resistant fabric. Large pimples give this flooring excellent non-slip properties, making it ideal for use as ramp flooring.

The mat is currently not available.
