SAGUSTU impact protection system Rubber Plus
Product description
This 3-part elastic wall impact protection system with a sandwich panel as the support element and an elastic cellular rubber core as the insert provides protection for joints and hooves as well as the stable walls. The prefabricated elements include corner and top edge protection.

Product description
Hammered surface, smooth or fabric-patterned underside. Elastic, sound-absorbing, easy to clean, and simple to install.
Fastening:
You can attach the rolls using washers and screws. Full-surface bonding with our contact adhesive (wall adhesive) is also possible. Immediately before bonding, the existing surface and the rubber covering must be sufficiently roughened.

Cut along an aluminum rail with a carpet knife.
You can also find the right adhesive in our range.

Our diamond mat can be used as wall cladding to protect your box walls.

The mat is screwed to the box wall. Washers must be used to prevent the screws from pulling through the rubber. We recommend attaching an aluminum strip to the top to prevent the rubber mats from biting into the mat. For even better cushioning, SAGUSTU cellular rubber can be placed underneath the mat as additional elastic padding.

SAGUSTU cellular rubber cushion core
Product description
Elastic padding between the box wall and the rubber mats. This soft core made of closed-cell material provides optimal protection.
The result is a two-layer coating that is significantly more elastic and softer. The material has a closed-cell structure.
