Stable and open barn: water-impermeable
Our waterproof stable flooring is divided into rubber mats made of vulcanized solid rubber and plastic mats (horse stable floors).

Rubber mats are slip-resistant, ensure a secure footing for horses, and make getting in and out much easier. No more open, sore spots! They provide heat insulation and protect your horses' joints and hoof mechanism. The reduced bedding minimizes dust pollution. This improves the climate in the stable and is a significant advantage for horses with respiratory diseases. Not only do you save a lot of money on bedding, but the amount of work involved in mucking out is also minimized enormously and the volume of manure produced is significantly reduced, which makes disposal much easier. The elastic rubber mats also reduce the noise level, which ensures more peace and quiet in the stable. The subfloor must be level concrete, asphalt, or composite paving, free of holes and unevenness. These must be leveled beforehand! Plastic stable mats (horse stable floors) are a cost-effective alternative, offering a heat-insulating floor covering thanks to the air cushion rings on the underside, while the tongue-and-groove system creates a virtually closed surface. They save on bedding and labor. These can be laid on concrete or composite stone floors as well as on a compacted, leveled gravel substructure. Exception: Standard horse stable floor! Please note: To prevent the mats from slipping, we recommend securing them to the edges using squared timber or aluminum rails, if there is no wall or similar support. Rubber can expand when heated, and too little distance from the wall can lead to waviness.
Please note:
To prevent the mats from slipping, we recommend creating an edge fixing using square timber or aluminum rail, unless walls or similar structures are already in place.
Rubber can expand when heated; insufficient wall clearance can lead to rippling.
