Rubber mats in your stable aisle provide your horse with a secure footing and allow him to pass through safely.
A problem we all know: Our horses are often in a hurry when moving around the stables.
There is a risk of slipping, which can lead to serious injuries.
The elastic, anti-slip rubber flooring offers your horse optimal grip and also reduces the noise level in the stable aisle, ensuring more peace and quiet in the stable.
The subfloor must be level concrete, asphalt, or composite paving, free of holes and uneven surfaces. These must be leveled beforehand!
Please note:
To prevent the mats from slipping, we recommend attaching them to the edges with an aluminum rail or screwing them in place with washers, if there is no support provided by walls or similar.
Rubber can expand when heated, and too little distance from the wall can lead to waviness.
SAGUSTU drainage mats are coated with a silicone layer during the manufacturing process. Therefore, before first use, please use water with a little dishwashing liquid or cleaning agent and scrub the mats thoroughly with a coarse brush. This ensures water permeability right from the start.
