Laying:
We generally recommend fully bonding the ramp mats to the surface. The joints should be sealed with our cartridge (sealant – not silicone!) to prevent moisture from penetrating under the mat. Otherwise, the adhesive will lose its bond. Immediately before bonding, the rubber surfaces (except for rubber surfaces with a fabric backing) and the existing substrate must be sufficiently roughened. Alternatively, you can also screw or rivet the ramp mats in place.
