Laying:
We generally recommend fully bonding rubber flooring for horse trailers or trucks. The joints should be sealed with our cartridge (sealant – not silicone!) to prevent moisture from penetrating under the mat. Otherwise, the adhesive will lose its bond. Immediately before bonding, the rubber mats (except for those with a fabric backing) and the existing substrate must be sufficiently roughened!
