Assessment – in brief The Eldorado puzzle mat, an elastic floor covering for use in the movement, resting, and lying areas of horses, was tested for durability and comfort properties in the DLG-approved individual criteria test on test benches. Specifically, resistance to acids, continuous foot traffic and abrasion load, slip resistance, deformability and elasticity, as well as cleaning frequency, were tested.
