Proven quality, optimum resistance to wear! Weather and frost proof! Can also be laid on unpaved surfaces at 30 and 43mm thickness. Very attractive design thanks to dummy joints on top side. Easy-care. Water drainage grooves underneath, 30mm and 43mm thick.
Tip: Elastic Composite Paving Matting, 43mm thick, can be combined with Elastic Composite Paving Matting, 43mm thick, resulting in fewer off-cuts and making it easier to lay, depending on the surface. Halves and edges can be supplied, but they are easy to cut by yourself.

Surface: Level gravel / chippings, concrete, concrete compositive paving. Requirements: There should ideally be a slope. Description: You can get an easy-to-clean surface by laying paddock surfaces without adding a top layer. Mud becomes a thing of the past and it creates a clean and dry area for your horses to stand in. Your paddock can be used all year long. Hoof problems are largely avoided. Please note that a top layer is more horse-friendly, but more care-intensive. Kind to joints / elastic: The springy and cushioning effect of the paddock covering protects the hoof mechanism. This is important for your horse because it means improved circulation and healthy hooves. Non-slip: Non-slip surface, creating the highest possible level of safety. Your horses can move around safely in their paddocks thanks to the non-slip paddock covering. Rubber mats are always more non-slip. The stable flooring is made from plastic and, while it is better than concrete, rubber products are more horse friendly. Noise insulating: The paddock covering absorbs sound, eliminating the sound of hooves and creating a peaceful atmosphere. Fitting: You can easily lay all rubber matting and flooring yourself. Weighing on average 20kg/m 2 , the corners of the SAGUSTU diamond stable matting, SAGUSTU universal stable matting and SAGUSTU stable matting won't turn up. If you are only covering partial areas, it might be worth fixing the mats mechanically using rust-proof screws or edging. Rubber expands when it heats up and ridges can be formed if the mats are too close to a wall. Cutting: Rubber: Adjust using a flooring knife, jigsaw or chainsaw. Plastic: Adjust using e.g. hand-held circular saw, power saw or angle-grinder. Making various different measurements can minimise off-cuts. |
