Surface: E.g. gravel, sand or natural surfaces, plus concrete and concrete composite paving. Description: Ideal for unpaved, compacted surfaces. The tongue and groove system creates a virtually seamless surface. The stable floors themselves are water and urine proof. This stable flooring is warmer and more forgiving for your horses than concrete. If you haven't concreted your surface yet, this flooring could be very beneficial for your horse. It is possible to lay the stable flooring on top of concrete, but you will find more horse-friendly products for this purpose in our range (see information). Less bedding: 50-70% less bedding – less mucking out and less expense. Quality: Stable floorings are acid and urine proof, as well as being unbreakable. Kind to joints: Stable flooring is softer than concrete flooring, for example. Heat insulating: The pimples on the underside of the stable flooring create an air cushion that traps heat. This will make your horse feel more comfortable. Economical: The longevity of the stable flooring makes it economical. Bedding is becoming increasingly expensive and more difficult to dispose of. Our products can save you money, because you will only need max. 30% of the bedding you used to use. SAGUSTU stable flooring will pay for itself in no time, thanks also to its longevity. Fitting: Easy to fit yourself! Start in the entrance door area at the front corner. Depending on the temperature when the mats are laid, we recommend a gap of approx. 1cm between the edging and the wall. Cutting: Adjust using e.g. a hand-held circular aw, power saw or angle-grinder.

The non-slip qualities of rubber mats are always better because of their high elasticity. The stable flooring is made from plastic and, while it is better than concrete, rubber products are more horse friendly. Stable floorings are suitable for smaller areas if the horse isn't able to gallop. |
