One-Piece Solid Rubber Matting for Trucks

The ribbed mats have lengthways grooves, i.e. the grooves stop the matting from slipping sideways in the trailer. Easy to sweep. Ribbed on top, tear-proof fabric underneath.

Information:

1 pack is usually sufficient for a horse trailer, but we recommend applying the coating at a thickness of 15mm. This equals 1.5 pack / double horse trailer. A spiked roller can be used to create a smooth and closed-cell surface. This flooring has no joins, so it creates a long-lasting, seamless waterproof surface. Resistant to pH-neutral cleaners. Can be laid on wood, concrete, composite paving, metal and other surfaces.

Information: If you have never laid jointless rubber flooring before and only need it for a horse trailer, we recommend using one of our rubber mats. It will be much easier for you.

Please note that Jointless Rubber Flooring is made from natural rubber and is solvent-free. This environmentally-friendly composition means that, at certain levels of air humidity or residual moisture in the surface, a layer of limescale may form. It can be removed using a standard limescale remover. Slight hoofprints in the surface can form when the puffy upper latex layer gets squashed. This squashing function is important so that the horse can stand up safely and it will not damage the covering. You will receive fitting instructions with delivery, once the order has been placed.

Economical:

6mm coverings are less expensive, but 8mm coverings last for longer. In principle, we
recommend using 8mm thick rubber coverings.

Fitting:
The entire surface of the rubber trailer / trucks rubber flooring is stuck down and the joints are sealed using adhesives or sealers (do not use silicon). Jointless rubber coverings up to 2.50m width for truck / transporter. The SAGUSTU Jointless Rubber Flooring is a liquid rubber that gives you a complete seal with no joins.

Cutting:
Adjust using a flooring knife. Making various different measurements can minimize off-cuts. We always have remnants in stock.
